The Running Show is the perfect place to get everything you need to start running! Sign up for any of our Get Started Running programs and get a $200 gift card for just $150! Use it to get shoes, shorts, and other gear you need to kick off your spring right!

This program is designed for individuals who have never run before, or who have not run in a very long time and want a structured introduction to get in shape without getting injured along the way. Our twice weekly meetings start with very gentle group workouts combining walking and running. Your body is given ample time to adapt to running over the entire eight week period. There are never any stopwatches or timing, just a supportive and safe environment as we build to the goal of running 3.1 miles continuously. Regular Price $145.
